This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

- Account details — if you create an account to add or claim a clinic listing.

Clinic listing information
Directory listings contain business information about imaging providers — clinic names, addresses, phone numbers, and services — compiled from publicly available sources. If a listing about your practice is inaccurate, contact us and we will review and correct it.

Health information
Imaging Finder is a directory, not a clinical service. We do not collect, store, or request patient health records or clinical information, and we ask that you do not include health details in any enquiry. Searching the directory does not require an account, and searches are not linked to your identity by us.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google services (Google Analytics and Google Search Console, via Google Site Kit) to understand aggregate site usage. These services may set cookies and collect technical data as described in Google’s own privacy policy. You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings; the directory remains fully usable without them.
Disclosure
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site — our hosting provider, Google analytics services, and email providers used to respond to enquiries — and where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal information.
